What is the ELO Training Program?
The ELO Training Program is designed to equip individuals to serve as mission mobilizers within their local churches. A mission mobilizer is someone who connects two realities: on one side, the mission field, with its challenges, testimonies, needs, and prayer requests; on the other side, the local church, with its ability to pray, give, serve, send, and actively participate in God’s mission.
This training is built around a central truth:
The mission mobilizer is the link between the cry of the mission field and the generous heart of the church.
Who is the author of the book and the training program?
Fabrício Freitas serves as Executive Director of the Brazilian National Mission Board (Junta de Missões Nacionais). He holds a degree in Theology from the Baptist Theological College of Brasília and a Master’s degree in Theology with an emphasis in Missiology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of the book “Back to the Principles,” husband to Samara Freitas, and father of Ana Vitória and João Rafael. A missions promoter for more than thirty years, he is also a church planter and pastor of Hope Baptist Community Church.
About the Training Program
Mission mobilization begins when someone decides to bring attention to what often goes unnoticed within the church: the cry of men and women serving in places where the Gospel has yet to reach. To mobilize is to open the church’s eyes, connect people, and remind God’s people that everyone has a role in His mission.
This training program will help you understand mission mobilization more deeply and with a renewed heart. Through all the resources provided below, we will teach and show you how simple actions can inspire movement and create a new awareness capable of reigniting an entire church.
